Publicat:Thu, 20/05/2021 - 10:55

The Embassy has the pleasure to inform you that the Invest Moldova Agency organizes the event ”Moldova Tourism Forum 2021”, which aims to connect online representatives of the tourism sector and potential tourists looking for new unexplored destinations.

Honorary guests from the tourism industry, such as UNWTO Secretary-General Zurab Pololikashvili, the representative of the Office of the EU Commissioner for Transport and Tourism at the European Commission, Răzvan Marc, journalists, bloggers, vloggers, tourism ambassadors from Moldova and other well-known guests will bring together that common message of strengthening, mobilizing, and fortifying a demanding touristic sector affected by the pandemic.

The two-day program will highlight case studies from international experience, good practices, and regional initiatives that serve as a model for long-term adaptability and development. International speakers will share their expertise in sustainability principles, replicable in our country, to develop an inclusive and resilient sector. The forum will also focus on the strategy of reconnecting the Republic of Moldova to the international tourism circuit and the relaunch initiatives following the new requirements.

The event will culminate with the awarding of national tourism ambassadors, newcomers to the industry, and those who have managed to turn the challenges of the crisis into new opportunities. The forum, held in maximum safety, will provide a memorable virtual experience. You are invited to meet virtually to discover Moldova: A place to find yourself.
